-These are by far my favorite 2 chest movements to grow that upper chest. -Incline Dumbbell press 3 sets of 8-10 ( I like to go heavy on these with still good form but I like to use these to load a lot of weight on my chest) - Incline Smith Machine Press 3 sets of 10-12 (Personally I use these to allow me to feel a better stretch and keep tension on my chest I don’t go too heavy but just heavy enough where I can get 10-12 reps consistently). #chestmovements #workout #motivation #fitness #workout
