Update: Heritage Park is now open. We got boots on the ground today, or should we say air, to show the extent of the flooding in Heritage Park. Filmed today, this reveals that the flooding extends from the front of the park, around the playground, and along the river, of course. Keep in mind, this area is in a flood plain, so flooding is a common occurrence here; however, a park is the best use for this type of land.
