GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The Grand Rapids Griffins will kick off their 30th season next fall with a big showcase, hosting the Detroit Red Wings at Van Andel Arena for the annual Red & White Game.

The Detroit Red Wings, for the first time in 14 years, are visiting Van Andel Arena for a Red & White Game on Sept. 21 and tickets are available to the general public. The game is scheduled for 3 p.m.
