Russia burns 545k liters of fuel for drone strikes on Ukraine as domestic gas stations run dry
Ukrainian Air Force reported that Russia launched 8,150 long-range drones against Ukraine in May. About 60% of them, or 4,900, were Shahed UAVs. The 50-kilogram warhead variant of the Shahed has a 135-liter fuel tank while the 90-kilogram warhead model has a 75-liter fuel tank.
Calls for tougher measures are not new.
